Carol founded Tri State Dispatch in 1999 with a single phone call and a vision to create a dependable, customer-focused dispatch service. She takes pride in leading a business that delivers ever-expanding, reliable services to help customers achieve their goals.
Tri State Dispatch is proud to be a certified member of WBENC. As a woman in leadership, Carol inspires her team to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Beyond Tri State, Carol is happily married and enjoys camping, traveling, and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.
Amy Harman
Office Manager
Amy has been a dedicated Tri State Dispatch team member since 2018. She oversees office and call operations, supports all team activities, and ensures clear, efficient client communications
Amy takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and making sure all work gets done – on time, every time – for customers and on-site crews.
Outside of work, Amy is a proud parent of three young men and a grandparent to a sweet baby girl. Her family is incredibly important to her and continues to inspire her strong work ethic and commitment.
Kristen
Burton
Customer Service Specialist
Kristen has been a dedicated Tri State Dispatch team member since 2015. She focuses on providing exceptional front-line customer support, clear communication and punctual deliveries.
Kristen enjoys organizing, coordinating and scheduling services, helping answer customer questions and resolving complex issues.
Outside of work, Kristen is a mom to two beautiful and active children. When she isn't watching them at their sporting events you'll find her camping and enjoying time in the great outdoors with her family.
